#MEET Kids Coding Bootcamp
This is a short interview we conducted with Aliu Olawale Rasheed, the founder of “Kids Coding Bootcamp”. If you like the concept of this idea and would like to vote for it, click HERE.
I'm a 27 year old Nigerian and had my bachelors in Computer Science from Nigeria and presently studying Masters of Web science in Germany.
- Describe your idea or project in two sentences.
Kids Coding boot camp is an initiative designed to help and invoke kids to learn coding at an early stage through organised practical training events and competitions. This idea will go a long way in equipping the next generation of kids for the technological challenges of the future as we're training the next Twitter, Facebook or Google CEO or next android developer today.
- What are the benefits you take from the Entrepreneurship Campus?
I've been exposed to several training and read several great ideas of other participants. I plan to put all I've gained to work.
- What motivates you to be an entrepreneur?
I've the passion to help children and especially in the area of removing the technological divide among kids of different background and countries thereby giving everyone an opportunity and a fair shot at life.
- Imagine you have ‚supreme power’ to create and innovate: how would your world look like? What changes would you like to make in your community and/or in the world? Share your thoughts from a ‚supreme power’ and entrepreneur standpoint.
I would probably create a transportation means that shorten the travel time across all continents to minutes.
- What would you say to potential voters who may be reading your interview?
I'll like you to support my kids coding bootcamp idea by voting, leaving your comments and don't forget to critic any part of the idea.
